We retrieve medical charts across the United States with high coverage, use LLMs to summarize the charts in real time with little latency, and produce physician-quality summaries. Our method is clinically factual and has been evaluated through a series of clinical assessments. We fine-tuned it on real clinical data through a partnership with Weill Cornell Medicine.
