Orbita Access Navigation

Orbita Access Navigation is a digital front door solution with three modules: Welcome Hub, Connection Hub, and Patient Self-Scheduling. The Welcome Hub provides introductory information, chatbot-enabled symptom checking, and live agent access. The Connection Hub helps patients find providers, care locations, and schedule appointments. Patient Self-scheduling allows patients to search for availability, book, and manage appointments, while also receiving reminders via text or email.
